Personal loans to non-registered users? – Here is the thought of the banks.
The term “non-registered” is used to indicate a person who has never obtained a personal loan or even better a person who has never been the beneficiary of a form of credit reported to the databases.
The credit system in Italy is based precisely on this important information that is provided to the various banking institutions and financial institutions. In the databases, even single requests are recorded until the loan or mortgage is paid.
A person who is not registered therefore does not have a “financial” history, a past that ascertains his creditworthiness, as it is not present in these databases and at the same time cannot even prove to be a good payer.
This group includes all foreigners, young people who have not yet had reason to turn to a credit institution for a loan, users who have always made purchases in cash without resorting to credit. All these subjects are practically absent from any database.
Non-registered individuals have more difficulty in obtaining credit
The bank does not easily grant a loan to a “non-registered” party because the inspectors cannot assess on any basis whether the potential risk of default on payments will be high or less. It happens, in fact, more and more often that the requesting subject, only because he is unknown to the credit system, is looked upon with suspicion.
Usually for the provision of a loan, reference is made precisely to the conduct of the applicants in past loans; impossible practice for those who have never had dealings with banks and cannot therefore provide additional guarantees.
Each credit institution, when it receives a request for financing, loan or liquidity loan, tends to verify the veracity of the documents provided by the customer and to follow the guidelines present in some credit manuals. The process requires the bank to collect information about the customer, by calling his or her local branch and the personnel office of the company he or she works for.
You must ensure that the income and guarantees of the applicant are suitable for the repayment of the installments indicated in the budget. We then proceed to the verification in the main databases.
How to request a loan
But how to request a loan then if we fall into the category of non-registered ? Most combine the request for funding with the figure of a valid guarantor , ie a family member or friend registered, instead, in the database as a good payer. It should therefore not be reported to the Crif. It will be this third person who makes the practice more fluid for the applicant.
But if we do not have a guarantor, we must at least be an employee hired with a permanent contract or a pensioner. For both parties it will be possible to request a loan by way of a fifth assignment or a payment proxy. Both types of financing are not based on the historicity of the database and do not provide for the presence of a guarantor.
Once the loan is obtained, this person will be automatically entered into the credit system database and will no longer have any difficulties in the future if he wants to request other forms of loans. To be registered there will be his data and all information relating to the loan just paid: regular and non-regular payments, repayment terms and net payments.
From here the financial history of those who until recently was a non-registered subject and therefore not recognized due to the lack of creditworthiness will start.
